Customer Review: A good knife with the right balance

This knife is one of my favorites from my Mundial Future set. It has a nice rocking motion. I have a set of about eight of the Mundial Future knives, but this knife is the only one in the set that stands out from the rest. My daughter liked it well enough to put it on her Christmas list.
The steel isn't the highest quality, but the knife has survived about three years of daily use. I keep it sharp, but I have not noticed any wear.
My hands are big, and I'd like a little more height to the knife, so that my knuckles wouldn't hit the cutting board as much, but the entire Mundial line seems a little chintzy in that regard.
