Part of Mundial's renowned 5100 Series, the set includes many features of professional-grade chef knives, including a durable full-tang construction and a bolster for comfort and safe handling. The forged, high-carbon stainless-steel blades are wide, strong, well balanced, and precise with long-lasting, razor-shape edges. For attractive presentation and an easy, sure grip, the polyacetal handles are triple-riveted to the knife's tang and fit into the hand ergonomically.
